Best shopping experience in a very long time.  In for 2 items - cell upgrade and DVD player.  I am pretty non technical generally.  Bought a Blue Ray player after understanding the differences, and upgraded from Samsung S5 to S8 based on the better features.  Mica is the most knowledgeable sales rep ever, and when he transferred me to Jen to perform the phone activation he explained everything to her, and she was so patient and efficient.  This Best Buy is the farthest from my home, but I will make that trip EVERY time.

I went to buy my wife one of the new Fitbit Ionics for her birthday.  They had it in stock, at a good price, and the sales associate helped explain how they worked and the features on that new item.  Checkout was fast. I was in and out in 10 minutes.  No complaints here!

We just recently purchad a Canon printer from the Spokane Valley store. Neither store had the printer in stock at the time of purchase. Our salesman at the Valley store was most excellent in his performance. We had our printer delivered to us shortly thereafter. Alas, the printer itself had issues. We called customer service and the lady set us up with an appt. with Geek Squad at the Northpoint store. Service was great and we are awaiting a new printer via delivery. I am inclined to write a review based of what I witnessed concerning another customer. This customer was most abrupt and rude and just plain nasty to your employer and yet this employee kept his composure and did not allow this customer to get the better of him. I was quite impressed with his professionalism. I wish I could remember his name. But it was on 2/19/18 around 3:00. Alyssa also provided great service.

I was helped by the Geek Squad with my old laptop and also by an associate to find a new desk top machine to try to receive the old data from the laptop. I knew from the start that the chance of recovering anything was a very long shot. even though the data was not coming back agent Long hair David did get my new machine set up and I am enjoying it this weekend. Thanks!
