The most terrible experience I have had with returning an item. I paid half cash and half in gift cards. Went to return item and they tried to put it on the one half on the gift cards that I no longer had access to and then offer me a best buy gift card. Not realizing I can't spend it nowhere else but best buy. Going in tomorrow to speak with the store manager if there is one there. They couldn't put it on my debit card but the can put on on there gift card. Just found out they had visa gift cards but they won't even offer me that. I honestly believe I was being profile.

I was very impressed with the promptness and knowledge of the associate that assisted us with the purchase. The price was also a great. We had just left the Apple store and the price was about $80.00 less for the same product. Awesome.

If you're looking appliances and want the best customer service possible, then go see Sean Sullivan! He really went out of his way to make sure I went with the best appliances for our home. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

This Best Buy gets busy on the weekends, which makes it hard to get help from a sales associate. If you do your shopping on a weekday while everyone else is working, you'll get in and out in no time. That's also the best time to get a new phone activated as well. If you try to get a phone activated on the weekend, you could be there for 1 to 2 hours waiting for your return. Parking is great though and you can always find a spot within throwing distance of the door. My kids like that there are vending machines at the front door. I especially like that you can bring in electronic waste to be recycled.

Vast choice and plentiful of staff, easy parking, however this is still just a best buy where half of the stuff on display are either fake, limited, or not working.
