I went there looking for a wash machine ,they were going out of business at the time,since then they have closed.But I found a machine with one price in the ticket , and when we got to the register ,it rang up another price ,I asked the manager could this. Be changed and I w as told there was nothing they could do,customer service by the manager was artful,but the store clerk was very apologic and helpful..Lost a sell, and it wasvother wash machines with the same markdown on the floor .I suggest wastch out for HhGregg when shopping with them .Not a satisfied customer.Be careful also on going out of business sales.I found out the customer wasn't right in my experiences.

Closing down,  overpriced and bad customer service. Stopped by to see what they have but no one ever said hello or stopped to answer any questions about pricing.I was the only customer in store and waited around for 20 minutes. Good luck

The store is always pretty empty even on busy weekends. Inside the store is awkwardly empty. It has the feel of not enough merchandise and/or too much floor space. That combined with the somewhat dim lighting makes for an uninviting showing experience. Staff is typically friendly. The items are usually not competitively priced.

Going out of business when I visited, you can totally understand why.  Even at "clearance 20% off everything" they're STILL more expensive than Amazon.

Staff was very friendly but, not very professional or knowledgeable. The store was clammy and awkwardly quiet.
