I've previously purchased from this store with great experience. Today I called about some clarifying questions with Black Friday sale tomorrow. Not only was I rudely spoken to by several associates, I was given attitude about my questions. They were basic questions regarding if an item qualified for a sale or not. Really disappointed with how basic customer questions were handled and I will be taking my business in the future to other retailers. Thank goodness for price match guarantee!

Like many have already mentioned, this place has the worst customer service.

They are all laughing and smiling at the store when they want to make a sale and then god forbid, it there is no stock of the stuff you've ordered, you better forget about it. 

When you call them, their automated system directs you to the delivery department and this woman is so rude that she will put you on hold for what felt like an hour, while their stupid music plays in the background. Then she will say I have no update other than your stuff is not arrived yet and is on BACK-ORDER, like I already didn't know about it. If you talk any further she refuses to listen and will direct you to the store were you will have to check with the sales person who sold you the stuff in the first place. Most of the time he is not the store and someone will take a message from you and promise that the salesperson will call you back. If he does call you, he doesn't say anything new other than what the delivery woman told you. So all you do is keep going back-and-forth between the rude delivery woman and the salesperson. 

We ordered a washer and dryer during thanks-giving last year and it has still NOT arrived and they still don't know when it will arrive. 

I advise that until and unless they are giving stuff for free, please DO NOT go here.

This company has the worst customer support on the planet!! 
I paid just under $60 to have my order shipped as soon as possible to me. If i hadn't called up almost a week later, I'd still be waiting for it. hhgregg knew nothing about it - it slipped through the net apparently. 
They then promised to ship everything on a 2 day shipment. Guess what! 6 items didn't arrive! 
Each time you contact their customer support, expect to be on hold for at least an hour! 
Don't bother using the 'Email Us' on the website. It took them 5 days to respond to that too. 
Oh and the same for Twitter. They are quick enough to say they are looking into your complaint, but as soon as you message them - you hear nothing. 

How these guys are still in business is beyond me! 

Steer far clear from hhgregg! You have been warned!!

I was here with a friend who was shopping for home appliances. the options are good. But the service was very very slow.
