If these guys go out of business there will be absolutely NO love lost here. The sales experience went just fine. It's everything afterward that hit the fan. I ordered a dishwasher with an installation. I thought the price was good, and we set up an appointment for the installer to show up. The morning of the install, the installer calls from the warehouse to tell me my dishwasher is not there for him to pick up. I then made several phone calls, and was told that the dishwasher was put on a delivery truck by mistake, and it spent the day riding around. No problem. I'm a good sport about things--because things happen. We set up a new installation date, and the warehouse said they would go through a different warehouse which had 44 dishwashers in stock. The day of the install, the installer calls again and tells me my dishwasher is again not available for pick up. More phone calls to the warehouse to find that the dishwasher wasn't being picked up from the other warehouse, but it had been transferred to the same warehouse but hadn't arrived. They offered to have another dishwasher transferred, and I just "Do what you need to." The problem here is that at no point did ANYONE at the warehouse take ownership of making sure the installation could go forward. Every time I called the warehouse, it was a different person. And while they were very apologetic, I was now 10 days into this process (having been out of the office now for two days) and not a single person could say "We're going to make this right for you". If there had been a customer support person, or an advocate or expediter to get to the bottom of things when they go south, that would have gone a long way with me. HHGregg essentially left it up to me to do my own legwork for their mistakes. So with that, I marched the next day back to HHGregg and handed them my credit card for a refund, and I'm going to let someone else have my business.

No customer service. There were plenty of employees but they were more interested in the card game they were playing than me as a customer.

Totally understaffed, the item I wanted could not be located, even though the computer said there was two in stock, ended up going to Walmart after hanging out for about an hour, came back and bought an even more expensive item. I'm not blaming the sales guy, but the manger and the store in general is a train wreck. I thought I was in the twilight zone. Looks like Rent A Center to me. The town of Apex should boot these guys out. They are not worthy of this location, or any location for that fact of the matter.

The customer service wasn't very good. It's not surprising that it's closed now.

I'm new to Apex but my first experience at this location was amazing. John Dircks & Brian Gill are amazing salesmen with great attention to detail and very knowledgeable. They made my overwhelming situation as stressless as possible. They have limited space on the show floor but they were able to get me exactly what I wanted (and needed)... it's a shame I can't give this place 6 stars!!!
