It's a Best Buy. Good selection of electronics and staff are extremely knowledgeable about technology. I went in for headphones and employees were very helpful and accommodating. I saw a pair I liked but I didn't think they would fit so they allowed me to take them out of the box and try them on. They didn't fit and they didn't stress about me not buying them.

Most of the staff is not very friendly or knowledgeable. The reason I have shopped here in the past vs. online retailers is because I was able to see and hold items in person and leave with them at the time of purchase. The selection here is limited and honestly it looks like the store is not taken care of by the staff. There are not many items on display and due to the fact that this is kind of a skeleton version of an electronics retailer it would most definitely be a better option to just visit an online retailer such as amazon. My last visit to this store was not pleasant and the Best Buy team member was just rude and ignorant to the current technology. Awful experience.

BB will price match Amazon. Electronics associates are knowledgeable and quite helpful. It's a great place to shop if you're going to purchase an item on line from a different vender. It gives you a hands and eyes on the product to better judge if the item is exactly what fulfills your needs.

The manager in the store as well as employees that help me was very very nice. I had such a better experience in the store that I do one line at Best Buy dot-com, and I'm an avid online shopper if I can avoid a brick-and-mortar store I will. Was BestBuy online I spent 6 hours on the phone with them because they could not get their system right. So this is one place I would suggest going into the store.

Just like any other normal Best Buy experience for me, the employees ask you multiple times if you need assistance and you either find what your looking for or the store is out of stock
