I am a Best Buy account holder and Rewards member... So I go into Best Buy today because I need a couple of items from the car audio department. I never get help when I'm in that area so I first stopped at the front desk and requested they send an employee back to that area to help me. I go back to the car stereo Department and I stand around like an idiot for a while and get no help. Right inside the installation Bay There are two guys standing there with no vehicles to work on and neither of them will even make eye contact with me. So I start walking away and I find this girl and wave her down and she comes over to me. I politely tell her that I have not been happy with the customer service in Best Buy and I told her that I have been requesting help and she then nicely told me it was her department and she felt bad and she would help me. Well I'm a nice guy I have a son that's 18 she wasn't more than a few years older than him so I drop my guard and I'm very friendly with this girl. She helps me just fine she acts like she understands that I was disappointed in the customer service and we both have a pleasant interaction where we both end up good to go. I even complimented her on her ability to diffuse the situation because I am a business major and manager. So I then continue to walk away after thanking her and I suddenly decide I need to use the restroom so I turned back around and head her Direction because I wanted to set the stuff at her desk while I went to the restroom. Well when I pull up to the desk she's bashing me to one of her fellow employees. You should have seen the look on her face I just looked at her and I said well I was going to use the restroom but since you're talking about me never mind and I walked away. I then proceeded to the front door where a guy asked me if I found everything okay I told him it wasn't a very good experience he just smiled and said have a good day. This store is garbage and clearly the management isnt up to par . That's the nicest way I know how to put this!

We were there to buy a TV on Thanksgiving. I was really surprised to see that everything was organized and it wasn’t a chaotic mess like it had been in years past. They had a lot of staff running around helping people. The checkout line was really long but they cleared people out really quickly. With online shopping I don’t go to Best Buy very often but it is nice to be able to see what you’re getting.

Last computer I purchased didn't work. The geek squad told me I had to install an operating system on a computer that was supposed to be fully ready to go. They don't even Know their own products. Shop anywhere else.

Less than helpful employees. Other than that it's your average electronics store outlet. They will price match Amazon as long as Amazon is the company fulfilling the order, which is often not the case. Their Geek Squad is overpriced not really worth it, just find a family member or a friend to help you setup whatever you cannot.

I came here to get my battery replaced. I was 10 mins late for my appointment. I called the store 3 times to let them know i was going to be late and apologized numerous times. I came in to the Best Buy and went straight to the apple section. The lady with long brown hair completely ignored me. She was selling to a man that was pulling her chain, the entire time. Asking for the computer to be cheaper, we’ll surprise his card was declined. I saw that coming because he kept saying he had limited funds, if she would have paid attention to her customer she would’ve realized he was just taking up her time. 3 other people were waiting for her at this point. I finally interrupt her and tell her i have an appointment for a battery replacement and she says “that’s at geek squad” and giggles! So i walk up there next in line and i get checked in. The guy says I’ll be next in line, well 15 mins later. They call for the 3 people that were behind me. Growing up in St. Charles/ St Peters i knew i always i had to fight my way through because I’m Hispanic and 95% of people here are White. But 20 years later i didn’t expect this. The 3 white people who came in after me got helped. I finally got fed up and let them win and left. I will never shop at BEST BUY ever again!! Also why don’t get a little more diversity in your store, literally everyone that worked there was WHITE!!
