Do not use this "business" please.  I only gave them a star because that's the minimum allowed on a Google review.  We bought 2 TV's, one had to be replaced because the picture would not come in for about an hour when it was turned on.  It took 2 weeks for that to happen & a smaller TV was brought out.  We were under the impression that it was temporary until the original was fixed.  After about 2 months we called complaining about the replacement TV because the sound goes in & out sometimes.  I asked when the original would be returned & was told that the original was too small for our waiting room.  I reminded the girl on the phone, who was relaying to Bob, that the TV that was up in the waiting room was not too big it just had a bad picture.  Someone was supposed to come out & didn't so we called.  Again, someone was supposed to come out & didn't.  It is useless to call because you don't get anywhere.  Go to a professional, skip the hassle & rip-off.

This place is dispicable. ..
The owner Bob...is handicapped and uses his disabilities to make you feel sorry for him. .
ALSO HE USES GOD TOO
THAT IS TERRIBLE 
HE SAYS HE'S A CHRISTIAN BUT
HE WILL RIP YOU OFF IN A HEARTBEAT
My husband and I are both disabled
We both live on social security 
We met this man in Dollar General one day
And my husband struck up a conversation with Bob because they are both in wheelchairs. ..
Bob told us to come over to his store and he would work with us on getting a big screen tv...
So when my husband went there
BOB
told him he was going out of business and talked my husband into buying a 
Large screen TV and a shelf stereo...
When he got them home and I set both of them up
The stereo wouldn't work right and there was no led lights in the front panel
And later that night while watching the TV
The horizontal hold started jumping
When we called the next day his daughter
Said that BOB...
was out buying inventory. ..
Hmmmmmm....didn't he say he was going out of business 
She had us bring the stereo back 
I couldn't get the TV back
Because it is way too heavy 
When we got to the shop
Her father conveniently wasn't there and she said there was nothing to she could do without his approval 
I told her to call him
To which she replied 
He doesn't have a cell phone 
WHATTTTTTT??????
AN ELECTRONICS REPAIR PERSON THAT DOESN'T HAVE A CELL PHONE? ?????
YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!!
And who doesn't have a cell phone these days

After a month of my work order being called in from my warranty with Sanyo, I called several different times to finally be told by the owner that he wouldn't buy a Sanyo they are junk, not sure why anyone would buy Sanyo products. But if you want you can go ahead and bring it in and I will try and fix it. Well thank you sir for your opinion I will take that into consider next time I buy electronics again. However Sanyo has been notified of your poor customer service and it has been recommended that you never make money off of them again, since in your words they are junk! Yes, your welcome. Hopefully I helped you from being completely rude to another Sanyo customer.
