As someone who loves technology Best Buy is my candy store. I'm removing one star because they stopped carrying computer components. I removed another star because their prices are kind of high.

The assistant store manager Mike was outstanding. But that's all that was outstanding about this Best Buy, cashiers were incapable of ringing up an item properly. The front staff when first walking in in making an inquiry was capable of assisting. Store had many items out of stock. Again the assistant store manager Michael was the only helpful person among the entire crew.

We had everything moved from the old phone to the new one and then had it updated. If took a long time but Jessika was the best! During that time She explained many features of the new phone and how to find out about more. If was time well spent.

I bought a 3 year Geek Squad protection plan on our appliances since most appliances these days seem to break on an annual basis.  Today I called Geek Squad to schedule our 2nd repair of our 16 month old Samsung Dryer (unit does not heat up).  The soonest appointment Geek Squad could offer me was 12 days from now.  It appears they love to sell these plans, but don't care to provide prompt service on them!

I knew what I wanted but didn't know where to look.  The man at the front pointed me to the right direction for assistance in the back.  

No one was available to help at the moment so I browsed for a few minutes than asked an employee in passing where it was and he brought me to the correct isle.  He said I'm with someone right now but will be with you shortly.  I found what I needed so I didn't need his help but it was nice knowing he would come back to help me. 

I went to the front cashier and she was friendly and had a great personality.  I even told her so.
