Best Buy is the place to go if you need education to help with your purchase.  The staff in each department have the answers to your questions as well as real life experience to support those answers.  If your sales associate is stumped, there is another staff member for them to lean on.  True at this location, but just as true at any Best Buy I have visited.

Let me finish with this request...If you go to Best Buy and get educated and they have what you're looking for, then buy it from them.  You might pay a little more (but not often), but you received a lot more...those employees, the storefront...it costs money...so keep them in business. Thank you!

Best Buy in Fort Myers is a great place to shop electronics and home appliances. They have customer service representatives willing to help you, clean restrooms and fast  checkout areas.

Each of my purchases at this Best Buy, over the past few years, have good experiences.  

You can make purchases throughout the store at different kiosks or at the front registers. They have an online purchase pickup counter as soon as you enter the door on the right side. Next to it is the geek squad, they can help you get your previous electronic purchases up and running.

If you are looking for new electronics or home appliances be sure to shop at the Fort Myers Best Buy.

The staff has been very helpful when I've been. Although they have a great variety of things and lots of stuff you can only get ar Best buy since the region lacks tech shops, the selection isn't all too create. I would consider checking stock online before walking in.

I have to say I've shopped at several locations with Best Buy and this location definitely ranks up there as one of the best ones. Depending on the department I've always had great experience with the as employees have been knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I've had. The items I have gone into shop for have always been in stock. The one thing I've read is that Best Buy is considering doing away with carrying CD's I personally feel it is a bad idea due to the fact not everyone downloads there music.  Just my opinion. Overall this is a great location to shop. Thank you for that.

I like to consider myself a tech-y person so I love to go to places that boast great technology. While I personally found their PC section lacking, I quite enjoyed fantasizing about getting a smart TV, Roomba, and other appliances. The staff (thankfully) left me alone to browse at my own leisure. An enjoyable experience at least!
