Often has the best local prices on a large variety of electronic goods. Staff is very friendly and adequately informed in the basic functions of the available items. In my experience the membership programs offered put video game prices on par or better than online merchants.

Love best buy, most of the time they have what we are looking for. If they don't, they have always helped us find a store where we could get it or online. The customer service is great

It's meh, I spend a lot of money here for the convenience of it being close. I can't remember a time where I didn't have to track someone down for help locating or finding an item. Staff is smart just usually lazy when it comes to helping someone out they'd rather stand in a group and talk which is fine until someone actually needs something.

Anti-consumer prices, actions, and terrible customer support. I've had pricing issues here multiple times, where I was charged one thing and they refuse to roll the price back to the advertised amount. Items also tend to be marked 100-400% higher than what other companies determine to be a "fair price", so always check with Amazon to see if you're paying way too much. Customer service also has no clue what they're doing - I've been directed to "come back to the store" several times, only to be turned away and told to call either their support center, or that of an other company. I refuse to give Best Buy, and especially this location, my business.

Older guy with tats in the tv section was super helpful. Got me an amazing value on a tv and sound bar, great guy great customer service. HIGHLY recommend.
