This is a fantastic hotel!! It is very clean and well managed. The manager Dana Newman and her staff did an excellent job to make our stay very comfortable. Dana went out of her way to accommodate our very large group with anything we asked for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Katy area. 
Great job Dana and team!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!

Professionalism is the conduct, aims or qualities that characterize or mark a profession or professional person; it implies quality of workmanship or service. Every organization knows that a professional reputation is the difference between success and failure and they seek to keep their most professional staff.
The staff, Dana, Gabriella and Manger Mr. Raju were above and beyond that level period.
I stayed there three nights, with a super clean and healthy environment that I would recommend for any occasion !Thank you guys keep up the good work. My family appreciates your kindness and compassion.

I have never wrote a review but had to after my stay at this hotel.  This hotel helped my family during Hurricane Harvey feel at home.  It is the best hotel I have ever stayed at and the staff is amazing!   The manager Dana Newman truly knows how to manage a hotel.  They had limited staff due to the Hurricane and did not skip a beat; I do not think Dana ever sleep, Amber and Alee did all day shifts.  During our stay I heard Dana make several calls to get food for all the guest at the hotel, I watched her give new toys to children and many hugs to those in need.  She even was sleeping in her office with her little girl, because she lost her home and had no family in Texas.  This women never let her own pain show, she did not even take a guest room or eat the hotel breakfast for herself.  Every time I seen her she was smiling and empathetic even when she was being repeatedly verbally abused and even assaulted by hotel guests.  The breakfast staff Anthony did a great job even when guest where abusing the food buffet.  He made sure we had food every morning when we came down.  The rooms are large and so comfortable; the owner built the perfect hotel.   I would like to thank Dana and her staff, this was a very stressful time and they remain claim and went above and beyond for everyone in the hotel.  If I ever need a hotel near my home again this will be the one!

We stayed at this hotel while we did flood relief work in the Houston/Katy area. The staff worked hard to accommodate us at a great rate. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

My family was staying at this hotel during hurricane Harvey. Even with the inconvenience of the storm, they would not stop talking about how beautiful the hotel was and how amazing the staff were in such a chaotic atmosphere.They were so amazed by their manager Dana Newman. My family described her as wonder woman because she did everything physically possible to make a horrible situation the best she could for everyone. I couldn't imagine how hard it was for her during this time with her and her daughter staying in her office because their house was effected by the storm. My family couldn't believe how disrespectful some people were being towards her. She was running on no sleep (while keeping a smile on her face) . She put everyone else before her and her daughter. I'm very thankful to this woman for keeping my family safe in time of need. My family and I will definitely be staying with your hotels again!
