Overall the stay was great. Staff was quick with check in and check out. The room was nice, never had a hotel room with tile in the living area. The bed was comfy. The hotel did have a "wet" smell which is to be expected after the flooding that they have had recently. Hopefully it won't be like that for future visits. I would stay here again if we need a place to stay. (Visiting family and not enough room for everyone at their place.)

The room itself was beautiful, the staff was fantastic but the laminate floors made the acoustics in the room terrible. I could hear everything in the room next to us. I was there on business and had to be up at 4am... I didn't fall asleep until about 1 after going to bed at 10.I couldn't sleep because I could hear everything in the room next to me... Even the guests clearing their throats. Be aware, this hotel accepts pets which is great until your neighbors let their dogs bark all night. This wasn't the hotel's fault but it creates a problem when you have to be up early.

Very disappointing. Trash in floor, shower area looks really nasty, unsanitary. Room is not carpeted, it is some type of imitation wood look made of vinyl
 Thank goodness I am only here for 5 hours.  Stay somewhere else if you can

Staff was very helpful anf friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Some rooms are better than others.  First room was comfy and quiet. Second was the opposite.
