Staff is great. David was very helpful. Stephanie the GM hand wrote a note and placed in my room prior to my check in. I am at diamond level with Hilton so she recognized an opportunity to make a loyal guest feel appreciated. Hotel was clean. Lot of food choices close by. I will likely return.

Room was nice, pool and hot tub is outside, the gym and the business center are on the frist floor down the hall from the front desk. Breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly cheerful helpful and all around great.

Stayed here from many years in a row attending an event at The Great Southwest Equestrian Center. Hotel is sufficient; however, my vehicle was broken into with nothing in it to steal, except snack food and water. I was told by the police officer that this was not a first at this hotel. I would have hoped they would have had cameras nearby, as I was parked by the side exit but they did not. I have heard many stories after the fact of tailgates being stolen, etc..

Clean room and bathroom! Friendly person at the counter and when I had to call later. Only reason it wasnt 5 stars was because the thermostat in my room wouldnt stay at the temp I needed and the breakfast was definitely... free. You get what you pay for with that I suppose. Ended up buying breakfast after I threw away the hotel waffle and fruit salad.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn for several years around the Regional Championships at the Greater Southwest Equestrian Center. It is very conveniently located just a few miles up the road and easy to get to. The rooms are your typical mid-level hotel rooms, but nice and clean. The breakfast is okay, but not great. They could use some bacon or other meats on the menu.
