This place was AMAZING!! By far the best Hotel I've stayed at EVER!! It was so clean, the front desk had a huge boutique of lollipops free for the taking. The breakfast was AMAZING the chef did wonderful. The room looked like you were staying in a apartment! The bathroom was huge! Shower had 2 shower heads. The bed was the biggest and sofest I have ever slept in! I did not want to leave my room!! I will definitely be getting a room here again when I visit Katy, Tx. Again!!

While driving cross country my 3 yr old got sick. We had to make an unexpected stop in Katy at 2am. I googled close hotels & was drawn to this one because of the price. I called to verify they had a room with 2 beds. The night receptionist was very polite & answered several questions for me about the room & laundry area. When we arrived she was so sweet & checked us in quickly. We did have an issue with the room door not wanting to unlock. The receptionist was very apologetic & quickly switched us to another room. The room was great. The entry area with the couch & desk is a nice touch. I was impressed by the drinking glasses instead of plastic cups. The room was clean & did not smell funky like most hotel rooms. The bed was the best part! It was extremely comfortable. The pillows were heavenly. That was the best nights sleep I had during my entire 2 week trip. I almost wanted to ask if I could purchase the pillow. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Great room for an amazing price!

This hotel needs A.C maintenance, improve their very tiny/poor fitness room, provide a proper business center. I stayed for over 2 weeks and the printer was out of toner the entire time I was there and I was told it was out even longer. If you needed something printer you would need to ask the receptionists that were not at the best mood. I do say that the older receptionist lady was very kind and welcoming. The other guy and two young ladies need to be properly trained especially the short Mexican lady; not very kind. I moved to the Springhill by Energy Corridor and by far the best experience. So, if you could make the move I recommend it with eyes closed.

Good Clean Hotel - AC was a bit noisy but overall a great property

Thick walls drastically cut down exterior noise. I felt safe parking my car in the parking lot overnight. Limited snack shop downstaid.
