The young lady at the desk was very nice and courteous. She explained everything very well and made my crazy trip to Houston worth it. Her name was Marcola. She had a great smile and clear voice. Please award her with something to keep her being the great worker she is. Peace.

Wonderful location right off I-10 with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, love the pet policy of Motel 6! Lots of outlets in the room, good water pressure in shower, other guests were friendly. I would give it 5* if the locks had been better maintained.

Normally when I stay in motels, they offer a continental breakfast. This Motel 6 only offered coffee in the mornings. There were no close restaurants where I could eat breakfast, only a McDonalds. I was on the bottom floor. The people in the room above mine did not know how to walk softly (but that was not the motel's fault). All the rooms are inside. I usually stay at motels with the rooms outside where I can park at my room door. It was raining the first morning and I got soaked getting to my car. I think I like the motels with the rooms on the outside better.

I have not personally stayed here . But i do travel alot. Heard a story of a families room being broken into and destroyed. Also its pet friendly but their small adorable puppy was stolen. You go somewhere to stay and feel safe but this happens. Hotel room was gotten into by a staff key .. but no staff members claim to have been in there. Management was not helpful to this family nor could they provide proper security footage. Very scary and not good character for the motel. I really hope this family is able to find their puppy and be reimbursed for this experience. All hidden things are always revealed. I really think if this motel saves their image and does the right thing it would be beneficial for their business . Because i personally will be telling all my family friends coworkers or customers not to be staying at any motel 6 until something is done about this. Very sad also very unsafe.
