We found a server and purchased it after looking for a few days and different stores. The sales people made the purchase easy. We got the server at home which we decided to pick up due to save the delivery charge. Picking it up was an undertaking due to the hours I work and the warehouse closes at 5:00pm. We got the server home to open it and find 2 broken shelves. We contacted the parts department as instructed only to find they close at 5:00 as well. After 2 days to get contacted by the parts department and had to order the shelves. A story was told of tolerances on the shelves so they had to be ordered instead of measured and traded if measurements match. I still got a story when of the tolerances being as close as a piece of paper. The measurement between bracket and case was 3/16 of an inch on sides and 1/2 inch on back of shelf way more than a piece of paper. The policy of this store is not to help the customer in any way but to inconveince them instead of simply measuring a shelf and exchanging if the same instead of trading and making it their problem. Good luck if you need a major fix it will be your problem for at least 2 weeks

Great folks in all departments!! Easy process and fair pricing. New bed very comfortable but doesn't keep the kids from waking me.

Nick was very helpful and attentive to my needs. No sales pressure at all, very informative , helpful & patient while I deliberated on the perfect sofa. He also helped to select material for throw pillows!

Purchased a foyer table that needed to be put together. When I took it home it wasn’t able to be put together because of a manufacturing flaw. David, who is the claims manager, offered to deliver me a replacement 8 days. The replacement was assembled sitting on the show room floor. David’s attitude is horrible and I would sum it up to a napoleon type complex. I would highly recommend staying away from this place if he’s still employed there.

We had a great experience at Ruby-Gordon. Ray greeted us right away to give us the lay of the land and then gave us our space to walk around and try out different couches. We knew exactly what we were looking for and ended up finding a couch and a chair to match, all for a very decent sale price. It was delivered three days later and we love our purchase! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back the next time we buy furniture.
