Showed up to pickup my vehicle for a vacation to find out they gave it away. Despite the fact that I had a reservation.  Would be your best bet to avoid this location.

EXTREMELY Poor Customer service by the two women in the office!!! I had a car reserved for 2 months and when I came to pick it up, they didn't have anything available and wanted to put me in a pick up truck to drive 1000 miles with kids! They were extremely rude and didn't offer any solution. Definitely don't recommend this location! I went across the street to a Hertz location and received great customer service!

Terrible experience.  I reserved my car online.  Paid in full.  Got there and was told I needed a credit card or a huge list of complete utility history...etc .  Very snotty.  Very unhelpful.  When I mentioned I had not been advised when Budget took my money I was told "that's because you ordered online". This lady should not be in customer service.  I went across the street and got excellent service from Hertz, with a debit card, no Hassel and $10.00 a day cheaper!  Sorry for your loss of business, Budget.  I won't be back to this location or any other!  To top it off, I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund.  Terrible!!!

They didn't give me full description of what was needed to rent from them, but the employee we're nice!

The staff is helpful, and always has my car ready to go. I rent 15-20 cars a year, and always appreciate the individualized customer service I receive at this location.
