I was rented a car for a business trip, across the state, that had a tire that leaked air. Immediately after I started the car at teh rental location, I noticed that the "low pressure" indicator was on. I went inside the office to ask them to check the tire for a leak. They simply inflated the tire and said that the cold weather was responsible for the low tire pressure. I reluctantly believed them and took the car as I needed to stay on schedule. The tire leaked throughout the trip, so I inflated it periodically in order to use this car for the four day trip. The lesson here for me is that if you think there's a problem with your rental car make sure your concern gets properly investigated and gets properly resolved rather than accept a half measure solution. Very irritating.

All was good.  Confirmation call day before.  Car ready when promised.  Able to return after hours.  Will rent again from this location.

I used them because I had an accident and the insurance got me a rental. They were quick and friendly. The car was great. I now use them when I go out of town. I like that they don’t have mileage limits. I wish the rates were a little lower or they offered more promotion codes because when the insurance isn’t paying it gets a little pricey, however, compared to other companies they are responsibly priced.

I do a rental once a month with Enterprise Rent A Car. I'm always please with my rental my reservation is always correct on what kind of car i want. Satisfied Customer!!  Enterprize Plus Member!!
