My car was in the shop so they went through this location to get me a rental car for the day.  This location in Grandview was very pleasant to use.  The staff was very friendly, helpful, and just extremely nice.  If I need a rental another time or have someone who needs one, I would definitely use them.  Great experience.

The worker's were very nice and helpful. The is best Enterprise so far and stay in Independence but I'll drive to Grandview location !!!

One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. After being told they would call in an hour or so when they found a rental car for me, I had to call them back, almost three hours later! When I finally called and person on the phone, Aaron, whom I talked to before, acted like he had no idea why I was calling. Finally after waiting for over three hours they told me they could get me a car and someone was on their way to come get me. I was ten minutes away from their location and it took them over an hour to get to my location. When I tried to call and see what the problem was no one would answer my call. I finally got ahold of them they said the driver had just left. No one apologized for any of this inconvenience and they all acted as if there was nothing wrong with how the whole situation and played out. All I got was a sorry about that.  I will never use them again.
