We had our car breakdown on a Saturday afternoon and needed to rent a car.  We have excellent results with the store in Liberty, Mo., but they were closed.  We checked online and decided to rent from the store in Independence.  We called the store , made a reservation, and drove 35 miles to get the car.  We arrived at the store and waited about 20 minutes for someone to get off the phone at the counter.  We then were told they had no cars available and they were closing the store. We were directed to the airport , another 30 miles, and were able to get a car for double the price.  Obviously, this represents totally unacceptable service.

Great experience! The manager and the rest of the crew are courteous and willing to help. A lot of tense people come in to demand things that often can't be done in the multiple times I've been there in the last month. Instead of just saying no, the crew gives them options and even waits on the customer to decide. People just need to remember major credit cards and a matching Driver's license makes things way easier!

It started with a confirmation call, reminding me a day in advance of my upcoming rental. I showed up about noon for my rental which was waiting for me. My agent was very friendly and answered all my questions and I was on my way to Omaha in about 15 minutes. I returned the car on Monday morning to the lot before opening, I received a call asking if the car and service was satisfactory. My two emails, one received just after picking up the car and one after returning the car with charges listed. This has been my experience of renting from Enterprise at this location. Great service, friendly staff, and always just the car or van 
I need. The paperwork is now all emails and the rental prices are consistently  the best. I also rent for my family when they come to visit.

Great rental experience! We reserved a minivan for a family vacation over the Holidays. Service was very fast, friendly and professional. The van itself was wonderful...fully loaded and very new. The return process was just as fast and easy and the pickup. 

After returning the van I realized I had left my iPad in the vehicle. I feared it was gone forever. But I called the following morning and they quickly found the iPad and had it set aside and ready for me to pick up later that day.

Would definitely recommend Enterprise in Liberty, MO!

Excellent service but generally very busy. I believe that under the direction of Shawn, the manager, they do an outstanding job with what they have to work with which is quite a bit. Good people!
