I arrived at Enterprise at 1:30p on Friday Oct 7 there was several customers already there trying to get their special week end pricing of $9.95/day. I had made an reservation about 8am that morning on line. They were trying to find vehicles for customers. I had no problem, I was offered an Nissan pickup for my compact reservation. Everyone there was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to rent s vehicle. It is best to have a reservation when you arrive to ensure speedy departure.

I'm a proud frequent customer of Enterprise for many years. My request for a pick up is always courteous, professional and expedient. Often my rental request are booked on the same day and at a last minute notice. To them they, always have cars and ready to accommodate me. The cars are stylish and set me apart other cars when I drive on the highway or in the community. Often onlookers compliment me on the cleanness and color of the car. I'm too arrogant to tell them its a rental. I love my gold plus benefits. I like my free rentals. Because pricing is so affordable, renting is my option to increase my points toward a free rental. When I drive long distance, the car I get are so comfortable. The Manager and salesperson (men and women) are sharp and customer service driven. I often compliment the  "fellaz" all the time regarding their professional dress slacks, shirt and tie appearance.  I have never had a bad experience with  Noland Road Enterprise rental. Also, they all know me by my first name.....they call me "Mr. Kerr."

Great guys to work with! I have rented cars several times, and they have always being courteous and friendly with me. I tried to understand how stressful they may be sometimes too.
The company could improve their computer system!!! It seems that these great guys struggle to get information quick to the client.

My experience at this Enterprise location is always fantastic. The staff is always so professional and very nice. The staff always answer all my questions and they take there time explaining things to me. I also love every car that I rent from them. I'm actually renting again this weekend for 5 days for a short trip this weekend!!! I will never use anyone else to rent my car from, I will continue to use Enterprise!!

Horrible. Spent 2 hrs today calling back and forth with my insurance confirmation and getting rude people on the phone with conflicting information about using my debit card. Went with Hertz instead.friendlier service and beyond helpful. If I could give this location a negative thousand stars I would.
