The two girls were very unprofessional when I was making a reservation and picking up my car. They kept giving an excuse after excuse. I was unable to rent a car do to their false policies that aren't recognized by the company. I was able to find what I needed at Avis during the holiday season and it was even at a better price. I would not go there.

Good prices and good customer service. I was surprised about the trim level on the vehicle; I was expecting a base model vehicle but it was actually the top trim level that I received.  My only complaint would be that the vehicle was pretty dirty inside and outside.

Great experience. Booked through Costco travel. Great car at a good price. Service was excellent. No surprise fees.

Made a reservation. Got there was told nothing would be available that day at all. The lady behind the counter was rude, then a second lady came out and was even more rude than the first. When I asked why do they make reservations online then when you get there you have no vehicle her response was so we have to deal with customers like you and they don't. I never cussed or was rude just very frustrated which is understandablely so considering I had no car.

Love this branch! I have been coming here for years. The staff is friendly, store manager Kolbi is amazing!!! takes the time to explain things to you if you have any questions at all and make sure you are on your way. Absolutely love these ppl!!!!
