Super quick and easy check-in and drop-off procedures. Was given the option of picking any vehicle on the lot simply by prepaying a tank of gas. Everyone was very helpful and service with a smile. Only ding was the car itself was a bit dirty but that's nitpicking.

The Check-in process was fast an efficient. We were quite pleased with the car and the return was also very quick. My only quibble is that the gas tank was not completely full when we left the lot after check-in— our fault, we should have checked it at acceptance. With that said, Enterprise is always my go to auto rental if the price is right and I have used this specific Enterprise rental facility a few times and have always been happy with their service.

On pick up at Kansas City airport the desk service was good, but when i went outside to get my car with the same associate he tried to give me an intermediate vehicle rather than my reserved full-size. Only after I pointed that out to him did he then reveal that my car wasn't ready and he had to go get it from the returned vehicle pool, go wash it and gas it which took about 19 minutes.  Not a really long time, but time is my most valuable asset, especially when travelling. Also I know if my wife was the one picking up the car she would have left with that little Nissan Sentra instead of the Toyota Camry I got. Return was good in St Louis airport.

Our rental experience with the people was excellent, but the deal killer was the policy of charging $14 per day just to add another driver with own insurance that isn't a spouse. Come on corporate, this is 2018.

Your competitors adds extra driver free with AAA, AARP, or other awards cards. May be you have it too but the guy we talked to didn't offer it.
