We filled the car completely less than a mile from the location and were charged a $40 “fill up” fee. And they don’t answer the phones. I wonder why...

Fast Break...joke. we get to the Fast break office, our name is up on the screen, with the following, "See your name on this list? Choose your vehicle from the area listed by your name and you're on your way."  What a bunch of bull! We were told we would have to wait, as they didn't have a car for us...and that the only thing fast break meant was you could come on outside and skip having to go inside first.

If possible, I would give this business less than one star. This has been the worse rental experience I have ever had. My wife reserved our car to be picked up at 7:00 pm. We were in line at about 6:50 pm and it took us until about 7:20 to even make it to the customer service representative (there were only 2 people in front of us). When it was finally our time to step up to the counter we gave the lady our information and she said ok hold on. Then she called over to the car lot to have them get our car ready. She then told me it would be just a minute that they were going to call back and tell her which car we were getting.  While waiting for the return call, she was on Facebook and Instagram messaging people and just scrolling through her news feed. Then about 5 minutes mlater they called and let her know about our car. She then told me that they were cleaning it out and it would be ready in 15 minutes. My wife and I went ahead and walked over to where she said our car would be. There was another lady there and she said it would be about 2 minutes before he pulled our car around. We then waited 15 to 20 minutes again. Finally the guy pulls up with our car and the lady at the booth proceeds to tell him that he had brought and cleaned the wrong car. My wife made eye contact with her and reminded her that we had already waited an hour past our reserved pick up time and that we weren't waiting any long. They went ahead and let us take that car since we had waited, but unlike any other time we have rented from other companies they did not walk around the car with us and let us look for and record any internal or external damages. We will most likely never rent through them again.

WORST Experience !! I have rented a car with them and late by 2 hrs for the return . Even though i called customer care and informed will be late and agent said fine to return with out any more charges. I waited for 2 hrs to get the car when pickup , but the manager was so rude, understands nothing and wants to charge extra money Asking me to tell about customer care agent name and who remembers agent name !!!!. i Have to ask to check the cameras and exit data to be pulled to prove all that !! NEVER GOING TO MEM BUDGET EVER !!!
