Loved that Vin Diesel helped me with my rental. (Not really Vin Diesel but he could be his double.) The service was quick and the customer service was Amazing!!!! I give 4 stars because of the extra charges that weren't covered ONLINE when I reserved the rental to begin with. I was taken by surprise with the extra $300 some odd charges that I couldn't/can't afford. Wish the online reservations had such choices before hand.

Friendly personal service with clean and reliable vehicles. 

I had a fantastic experience with these people, i've used them on two occasions. 

The second time I use them the car that I was renting had a fault and they could not have been more helpful, swapped the car over straight away.

Ashley Magee was very patience and very attentive to my needs. She answered all my questions and even assisted in getting my membership number back in tact. I will definitely be using them again

The customer service agents at the rental counter were very nice. Very simple and easy process to get the car. Checked out and in with no problems.

Do . Not . Use . First had to wait FOUR hours after my scheduled pick up time for my car , informed the person at the front desk that I was returning it early and than my original reservation , made sure to repeat myself multiple times , asked him to make sure this would not effect my cost . Took him six times and 45 mins to check me out . Go to turn my car in and was charged $120 MORE . Went to the service counter in the airport and the lady at the desk just argued with me and told me that I should had read my receipt and that I should have called the customer service if I was turing in the car early . WHY WOULD I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I TOLD THEM BEFORE I CHECKED OUT ! With so many other options don't use them !!!
