Customer service was great. They did not have the vehicle I reserved with like vehicles on the lot. I will use them in the future because the representative was helpful.

I reserved a chevy tahoe and called to check on availability for pickup on Sat.  Was told that could not pickup at location.  I asked when I was going to be told that vehicle was not available - did not get satisfactory answer.  The final insult was when I was offered a downgrade at $90 + more.  Very unhappy with service and will use Enterprise this trip.  Requested phone number for management and answer was unsatisfactory - will try to find on web cause I am pi##ed.

In was rented out a defected car on May 4, 2017. The charger came to a complete stop with no warning while driving around a curve on the interstate near my eagle. I was driving about 75 mph and the car went to 0 in a matter of seconds which left me with no time to even get over to the shoulder. I purchased their insurance for $29 a day so I called the roadside assistance which then gave me the runaround because they could not find my rental reservation. I later found out that this locations n is a licensee and doesn't always input renters contract into Budgets nationwide system which is why roadside assistance could not locate my reservation. Therefore they were not able to locate me on the gps map and send help to me. A state trooper ended up calling out a tow truck because of the dangerous spot I was in (I almost got hit 3 times) and took a report. Budget not only would not refund my $412 but then tacked on the gas fee as well as tow truck fee once I returned to Memphis. Please do not rent from this location. They are crooks and will not help you if you're in need of their services and will not make things right once they have screwed u.

Made me a reservation, rook card info, told me to pick up at 12 noon. There shortly after noon, pitifuk c7stomer service, doesnt evev speak or acknowledge you, then told me they Been rented out all if their cars and tgey are not sure why cooperate keeps booking reservation. This is the worst business on earth. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
