They have great customer service the best variety in their fleet! However, the deposit for locals is $300. Only for locals though🙃

The only reason I chose one star is because negative stars aren't available. My company rents cars from national 11 months out of the year for me.  As a platinum elite member I've never experienced such horrific customer service! Rented a 2017 Jeep Compass and at only 1k miles the alternator decided to give out. It took AAA over and hour and a half to come out and figure out the problem. Only to be told we had to wait for a tow truck to come pick it up in order to get a new one. We were instructed to contact National once more. An extremely rude woman who refused to disclose her name and claimed she was in charge not only was useless but had the audacity to hang up the phone. It is now 10:05pm and we were given a 90 minute time frame for the tow truck to arrive. Oh, did I mention we have to be up at 6am for work? Not only is it a major inconvenience, they're extremely unprofessional and offer nothing to compensate a customer for their time. I hope everyone reads this message before renting from this company!!!

I reserved a car and was told that they overbooked and couldn't turn cars around fast enough. I have now waited longer for a car than the entire time I was in the air. This cause me to miss my first meeting and delay the second.
