The staff are friendly and helpful.  When I arrived there was only one car in my rented class available which was not to my liking.  They went out of their way to find a car that I would like in my class.  When that resulted in no cars being found, they upgraded me to a nicer car at no charge.  I would like to thank Ashlyn for her help as she was so kind and understanding.  I recommend Enterprise in Memphis to anyone renting a car at the airport.  I will definitely use again!

My first experience with Enterprise Rental was a very good one! The entire process was a very easy and enjoyable one.  Just book your desired car category, show up on that date & customer service will assist you and drive off 
in your favorite car. Easy as 123. Enterprise Staffing were very nice and knowledgeable. 
I would most definitely book again. Thanks

Getting the car was great, Fast , simple and friendly service. Returning the car was not as good. I was charged for gas even though i had just filled the tank. The young lady who, im sure was just trying to get me check out quickly, didn't pay attention to the details (so check your bill). I think i was able to get the charges removed, but i still had the original invoice with the gas charges emailed to me. The morning staff was friendlier than the afternoon staff.

I had a great first time experience in renting a car! The staff that helped me on Friday night 08/11/17 and Sunday night 08/13/17 was super friendly and professional! Keith is amazing. I forgot to ask the others' names. They were all so great! I will be back soon!

Everything went very smoothly with my rental at the Memphis airport. I had a choice of SUV's. I choose a Jeep. It looked and drove like new. 

My biggest suggestion is to give a little more info about the cars before the renter drives off. The Jeep had a gas saving feature and it sounded like it turned off and back on at every red light/stop. Pointing out these features and the location of the gas tank and lever would make for a better experience.,
