The vehicle-- FORD EXPEDITION, was in good mechanical shape. We had a scare because a FIRESTONE mechanic failed to reset the change oil indicator. The Firestone sticker indicated that the oil had been changed around 15,5000 miles vs. the 17,500 figure posted on the odometer. The information screen on the odometer indicated the oil needed to be changed-- now. While in the middle of nowhere-- the corporate ENTERPRISE people (at the 1-800 number) wanted us to stop the car and wait for roadside repair or have the vehicle swapped-out. However, a call to the office where the vehicle was actually picked-up (more than 800 miles away) made us aware of the FIRESTONE screw-up. All-in-all the account gave us 45-minutes of heartburn. The unit where the car was rented was very apologetic.

Excellent experience: the staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I made an appt to pick up a vehicle an hour before I went in and had no trouble when I arrived, in and out in 10 minutes. Same experience when I brought the vehicle back, and they offered to give me a ride home.

Typically I have great service and I have even had them upgrade me if I had issues with my rental. During my last rental the air conditioning quit working reliably. I contacted the Enterprise about the AC and they said I needed to call rental offices in the area where I was working. I contacted several but I could never locate a car. I would have preferred if the agency would have assisted me in locating a replacement vehicle or helped get one to the area I was working.

I can't say thank you enough to Bobby. He worked with me on my rental as they were about to close. The customer service was excellent.  This will be my location of choice from now on.
