I appreciate the staff at Enterprise Rent-A- Car in Memphis,Tn on Union Ave. Even though it was a last minute rental reservation. They were able to put in a rental after the other rental agency wanted me to wait until Monday because they stated they didnt have any vehilce until then but I was able to get a vehicle in the Memphis location and I am thankful for that. May God continue to bless everyone. Thanks for the team work. Because there is no I in TEAM!.

I reserved a car for pickup at noon. At 9am, the morning I was leaving for a trip, they called to ask me if I could leave late that afternoon or the next day. It was a work trip, so I had to scramble to find other transportation. This should have been taken care of the day before at the very latest. Don't make promises you can't keep.

I made a reservation to pick up a car at 1pm and drove off the lot @2:45pm. Unfortunately I missed an appt I had made for 2pm because of this. Everyone in the office was very nice and did everything within their reasonable power to make me comfortable. When a car finally became available it was not long before I was on my way. The car was adequate for my needs but nothing to be excited about. I asked what is the point in having a reservation and was told it allowed me to not have to wait to be seen when other people who did not have a reservation walked in. However, it does not mean they have a car waiting for me. Now that I understand this better I will make my "reservation" on a day when I have several hours to wait.

People were great. I ordered a standard car.  When I got there 30 minutes early they had a compace amd. Pickup. I chose the pickup. Cloth seats and IT HAD BEEN SMOKED IN!!  Dash was very dusty, truck stunk so badly I gagged for the first 100 miles. Had this been my first enterprise experience, I would never go back.  Btw, i had to clean my hanging clothes and the ones I had on.  I am generally not a complaining customer, this was an exception!
