I had a very disappointing experience with Hertz at this location.

Not only the condition of my vehicle fell short of my expectations (the interior was very dirty, with bread crumbs everywhere and empty plastic bottles in the trunk).

I also didn't receive the car class I had payed for: what I find to be particularly unfair is that I was not told about the change at all. The unfriendly employee just handed me the keys, without even mentioning that I was being assigned a car belonging to a lower category, instead of the one I had payed for in full. Only after seeing the car in person and realizing it did not correspond to the vehicle class I expected, I went back inside to politely ask for explanations, but I did not receive any kind of apology from the staff.

They also told me I would be able to ask for a partial refund at the return location, which was incorrect: the employees there said they could no longer do anything about it, since the pick-up location agency was the only one allowed to issue any kind of refund.

Overall, this was one of the most uncaring and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with Hertz.

Keep both eyes open here.  Despite having a "Total Estimated Charge" written into the contract, when the car was returned, additional fees popped up like dandelions.  Gladly, all additional charges were reversed by Hertz customer service a week later.

Fill your gas completely full at a Pearl gas station. If it is not ON THE LINE they will charge you $30 for gas. I warned you.
