The never answer the phone .

My Hertz experience was fantastic and likely achieved at the best rate possible, considering I was in a brand new sportscar. You can rent used cars or considerably older cars, but if you want a new car you are able to do so at Hertz for around $25 per day, which I think is extremely positive. I got a quick check-in procedure at the airport that went smoothly and with no hitches. I was into the airport and going thru security in less than 5 minutes. Thanks, Hertz!

The best customer service I've experience yet. If you not satisfied with the car you reserve, they will make you comfortable until you happy.
