Very helpful in handling my rental issues with my insurance company while my car was being repaired.

We had a bad experience with a rental company elsewhere which is what made us try Enterprise.   They gave us a better view of rental car service. 

I have to say I had the best customer service as well as excellent rental service with this location.. Not to mention, they all seem really outgoing and made our experience great. My service was fast as well as pleasant. 

I will definitely recommend this location.

I always rent from the Dumfries location and the staff there is so helpful, friendly, and super accommodating. In all my experiences with car rentals, Danielle has far surpassed my expectations of customer service. She is so calm and pleasant that no matter what the issue, I walk out feeling like a valued customer. Thank you Dumfries staff, look forward to renting again.

Very unsatisfactory. Had a very bad experience with one of the employees at this location when I refused to purchase Enterprise insurance on the rented vehicle and instead used my own coverage. I will not rent vehicle from this anymore and I will make sure family members do not rent from the location as well.
