They was pleasant,but the rental car wouldn't start up after we got to are first stop.only had the rental for an hour.had to wait on a tow truck.

I'm giving this place I one star writing because I went there to rent a car and they only scanned my debit credit card one time because it was rejected due to the fact that there was a block on my card preventing me from renting cars from anyone due to all the fraud that has occurred over the years through rental car services this is what my bank told me. However my daughter had a credit card and was going to use it but there were so many hurdles to jump throw that it wasn't worth all the trouble. The main thing that bothered me most was how rude the lady was who waited on us. I suggest you investigate your bank and make sure your card will even be able to be used here. And I would investigate Budget rentals to make sure there aren't any loopholes that they're not telling you. There should have been something somewhere in the conversation when I was booking the car and they should have asked me what kind of card mine was so they could have told me upfront that they could not use certain bank cards this put me two hours behind my travel schedule. I'm sure they have rules they have to follow and I'm not Downing that at all but they should be able to provide all information to those coming in to rent cars

Always helpful and accommodating when they can be. I've had so many issues with car rentals in the past with different companies but this location Budget has turned what usually is a nightmare into something that I can look forward to. Thanks Guys

Staff were very polite and professional even when they were busy, and even managed to turn a negative situation around for me. Budget appear to be the very competitive for Australian customers​, if you book from Australia. So thanks everyone. I even got the chance to drive a car  I will probably never own without it sending me broke. To get 5 stars they would need to pay me to drive a car 😀
