Very easy to reserve a car on line. Went to pick up car and it was ready to go. Employee that helped me knew what she was doing. Took 15 minutes and I was out the door.
Highly recommend.

I will never use enterprise ever. First they quoted me 355.00 dollars, so I made my reservations for one week. When I went to pick up the car they wanted 535.00 and said it was for a deposit and I would get it back. But when I got back on time and with more gas than they had in it. All I received back was 39.99. So they lied and stole from me. And one of the salesman were racist. So watch out for the lies.

I was over charged for my rental. I was told the system was down, for this reason I couldn't receive a copy of my receipt. really. A great way for me not to see my charges.

Everything was great. I originally rented a small compact but was given a king cab truck instead and it worked out fine. Check in and drop off were easy

Dirty cars rude staff dana hung up on me 3 times and when they overcharged me and i threatened to call corporate they towed the car and charged me towing fees even though i was paid for 2 more days
