I rented  a car on Saturday. I called on the following Monday and spoke with Jake Gaffney. He advise me that they had a better section today.  I advise him I wasn't getting off until 5pm and that I would get there around 5:30pm.  When i arrived Jake had a car ready for me. JAKE has very good customer service skills and made the process quick and pleasant. JAKE even helped me move items out the old car into the new car. I would recommend this location to anyone. Great service and great customer service is hard to find. This location has both.

This is a new location.  The gentleman went out of his way to make sure our experience was great.  We appreciated him so much, we gave him doughnuts.
