I booked my car rental 2 months in advance through Costco and instantly received a confirmation.
A few days before the rental, I received a call from the location just to confirm that everything was still a go.
We called to be picked up on the morning of the rental and a driver was there in 15 minutes to take us to the location.
Our paperwork and car were waiting for us, and we were greeted by their very professional and friendly staff.
After the first day we got another call just to check in that all was fine! That has never happened before.
When we took the car back, again a very smooth and professional transaction.
They also drove us back to our RV park.
This location really surprised us with their great customer service attitude, and they are definitely a credit to their organization.

Great customer service. My daughter had a car wreck and we were sent to them for her rental. They got us checked out and into the car quickly and were great about telling us how to operate all the "bells and whistles" I highly recommend them for your rental car needs.

We were treated well and the staff made an effort to accommodate us. However there were some not so good issues.  We were to be picked up at the hotel at 10 AM but the driver was almost 40 minutes late.  We did get an upgrade to an Ford Expedition but it had only a 3/4 tank  of gas.  We did turn it in with a full tank so we lost out on 1/4 tank of gas.  The vehicle was not too clean and the winds shield  washers  did not work and may have been out of fluid.  Otherwise, it got us where we were going and back with no trouble.

The staff were professional and helpful. I was a little disappointed in the vehicle - it was a Toyota Corolla but had a worn spot (hole) in driver's side carpet and the inside glass of the instrumental panel had moisture that made it look dirty and not easily visible. The moisture remained the entire time of the rental (over a week) so it gave the impression the car was dirty (the car was clean but that impacted the feeling and image).  I also felt they should have put even simple, black floor mats in vehicle to cover the carpet .

Upgraded to a Chevy Impala, and the car was great! Super clean, smelled like a new car. Customer service was very prompt, I made a reservation online and even with shaking things up and upgrading from a Carolla to the Impala, I was in and out in under 15 minutes. All the staff were were very attentive, and even though they were all busy when I walked in, they aknowledged me and not even 2 minutes later I was outside looking at the car I was renting.
