Extremely rude employees. The man who answered the phone speaks broken English and when asked to speak slower he began to continue relaying all the information with an attitude huffing and puffing on the phone. He would cut me off on my questions to explain rules of renting a car. When I said I can't understand your speaking very fast he said thanks for calling payless rental and hung up the phone. This is my first review ever on google. I usually go about my business when i encounter any service but he was so disgruntled for no reason that I had to share with others. Avoid this place where people have miserable attitudes.

It was fantastic!  After hearing about some horrible experiences with the one in Denver, I was worried about approaching the counter here.  I had no choice - as I needed a credit card to rent from other places (I could have paid cash for the rental and then some, but it didn't seem that there were any Dave Ramsey fans nearby!) - so I dreaded my walk to the Payless counter.    Marissa welcomed me with listening ears and lots of reassurance!  She put me into a vehicle that perfectly suited my needs at a terrific price!  And she took my debit card without question or hesitation.  The entire process was easy and pleasant!  I would absolutely recommend them for this location.
