Do not rent from Budget! all they do is take your money  and Lie with false promises!
made my reservation paid over the phone to confirm went to pick up my car this morning and they had no vehicle!
 Not even a courtesy call to let me know they had no vehicle!oh they did say they would give me $5.00 for my troubles and return my money in 3-5  Business days. They also said not to worry about the $50 cancelation fee that they were emailing me!
 Idon't  know how you stay in business without a vehicle if you are a place that rents cars, Completely ridiculous!!!!
 These people have absolutely no conscience no care or concern for people! Their negligence completely  Is completely justifiable!

Skeptical at first to rent a vehicle here because of all the low reviews however I'm so happy that our family decided to go ahead with our decision. We rented for 10 days with very minimum issues.The car may had not been what I wanted at first (because of the holiday weekend) however it worked out perfectly! The staff was very helpful.We will definitely be continuing our business with this location on our future needs! :)

Was quoted a different price over the phone than what I was charged when I arrived. The PTI(GSO) location had no vehicles available, despite my reservation, so I made arrangements to rent from this location. When I called to explain my predicament, I was quoted only 7 dollars over my initial reservation estimate. Acceptable. However, when I arrived, I was told that there were no more economy vehicles available and I was charged almost $50 more for a Mazda 3 (sounds like economy to me). However, I had no choice as I was now stuck in a parking lot with no other option. I hastily signed the paperwork and off I went. Upon returning, the "Agency Operator" was briefly notified of my dissatisfaction and brushed it off with the excuse that they were an independent agency... what difference does that make?  That still doesnt make it right when you're quoted one price, reluctantly charged another, then given ZERO consideration as a customer. This location obviously does not operate with the customer in mind..

This location is very unprofessional the car was not cleaned properly it smelled like smoke I wanted to extend my rental and I was not notified that it would be an additional cost on top of the original hold on my credit card I will not rent from this location again  just go to the airport to get rentals.

Do NOT go here! First of all, the first vehicle they brought me was filled with dog hair. No issue, they traded it for another vehicle. And then, I find out I was charged for BOTH vehicles. They also charged me $60 for gas when I filled up the tank at the gas station less than a mile away! It took a month for me to get a refund after at least 4 calls to their customer service department. When I returned the car, I waited for 20 minutes before I finally left the keys and went out the door. I saw the customer service rep and told her that I had a flat tire that basically almost fell apart due to a malfunction on the interior of the tire (the technician who changed it for me told me this). She said, no worries. And then, they tried to bill me for the tire and roadside assistance when I paid insurance! I had to make more calls to the customer service department and spoke to them on Twitter. It was such a headache and I still feel like I didn't get everything resolved and this was in July. It's now the end of September. Do NOT rent from them.
