Overall good experience.  I had to exchange my rental due to bad odor. Although it was uncomfortable but the rep on counter was very cooperative and made the change quickly.

The car was clean, ran wonderfully, and was available quickly. The staff was friendly and explained things very clearly. The only complaint I have is finding the location at Piedmont-Greensboro airport. It is not with the other rental agencies, and is inside the terminal, which was confusing.

The main number is a call center in some other country, that did not have a direct line number, but a google search found it, and the awesome manager gave us very clear instructions. 

Overall, the experience was great!

Never rent from them, they over charge you for your rental and say they are going to credit your account and never do. They do not return phone calls,  They need a new manager.

Got off my plane. went to pick up car. And forgot to call my credit card company and let them know I was leaving State. LOL my credit card declined 3 times before I was Smart enough to realize ummmm maybe i should call the Credit company. The Employee that was helping me get the car was very Patient. Kind, Courteous. even thru all the embarrassment he assured me that this happens and patiently waited for me to handle business on my side. Thanks Thrifty.  The car was Clean the service was great and the employees were awesome.

Thrifty Car Rental in Greensboro was the biggest disappointment in customer service I have experienced in 29 years of renting cars! I was given a car with 70K miles. When I went back to the airport the person at the counter informed they rent cars daily with that type of mileage. I wanted to tell him I would go to Rent A Wreck if I wanted a car that gross and horrible except Rent A Wreck doesn't deserve to be compared to Thrifty. They probably have nicer cars! The second car had 50K miles. OH did I mention how I had to have a crow bar to remove my hands which were stuck to the steering wheel - it was filthy and disgusting! They encourage you to join the Blue Chip program! All I can say about Thrifty is NEVER AGAIN!
