Beware of cancellation fee.  Cancun location. Bad practice,  horrible website and no explanation of policies. I booked via Expedia.  NU Car charged me $35 for cancellation. The total rental price was $1 (one dollar). My flight was late and I was amazed when the car company called me to inquiry my status. Then they suggested we cancel the reservation without any mentioning of the fees. No wonder, the fee is 35 times more that the rental.  No explanation of the cancellation policy on Expedia nor the NU website.

Not with the cheap price.  First of all, in an effort to force their insurance on you, they will insist upon you having proof of insurance with you (no one else does that).  Secondly, whereas other car rental companies simply give you a toll tag, these guys charge you $10 a day or else a $50 admin fee if you go through a toll (and some don't accept cash).  Finally, in my case, of course they didn't have the SUV I ordered and gave me the options of waiting around or accepting a lesser vehicle (at the same price too).  Further, in my case the car was not very nice.  
I travel quite a bit for my job, and I'm pretty familiar with car rental from different companies.  This is the worst one I have used.  I could go on, but I'll mention only two more things.  The first is that the whole thing had a dingy, cut-rate feel to it.  And finally, it is simply laughable how many policies and whatnot they will recite to you.  I'm used to rental car companies punishing their own customers with expensive gas and so on, but this company takes that to a whole new level.

HIDDEN CHARGES !! HIDDEN CHARGES 
The service was alright although the ladies working at the counter either don’t like what they are doing or just naturally rude. But they will get the job done. 

YOU WILL NEED LIABILITY INSURANCE 
These guys are way too small to cover liability insurance. So if you don’t have car insurance , you will pay 10-20$ a day.

Otherwise I think it’s a good service and I might consider using it again.

Great rate, new clean cars, Mercedes sprinter transportation vans. Just make sure you have an electronic copy of your car insurance, you are required to show it.  You must call fron terminal for the sprinter van pick up.

Made rental car reservation through Expedia.  Called the day before I was to pick up the car and was informed "we do not rent to locals".  You have to fly in/out to get a rental car.  Ridiculous.  Luckily I called and my Christmas trip wasn't ruined.  Rent somewhere else is my recommendation.
