Had a fantastic experience here! Was in and out for both pickup and return within 10 minutes. Both of the wonderful ladies (Bree and I'm sorry I can't remember the other's name!) who took care of me were so friendly and made sure all my questions were answered. Would definitely come back the next time I need a rental.

My wife and I rent a car roughly once a month these days. We typically pick up a car on Saturdays. Almost every time we pick up the car, we have to wait at least 45 minutes if not an hour past our reservation time to pick up the car. We've had the same experience at other Chicago branch locations. :( The branch employees are always extremely helpful. They don't seem to be given a fighting chance to take care of customers in the least due to short-staffing, lack of cars, etc., leading me to believe this is an issue with the district or regional manager. This past Saturday, there weren't even any cars available at the branch I was supposed to pick up from. So, the assistant manager had to drive a van load of people downtown to another location to pick up their cars. Most of the cars at the other location weren't even rentable. One was very dirty on the inside. The keys were misplaced for several of the other cars, causing the wait to be even longer. My reservation was for 12, and it was past 1:20 by the time I had the car and was able to drive back to where I was originally supposed to pick the car up from.

Hands down the best rental experience I've had in Chicago (and near suburbs).  Andrew especially is great and will always make sure you're set.  I rent quite often for work and recently needed several rentals while my personal vehicle was in the shop -- these guys took care of everything.  Would give more stars if I could.

I made reservations for a compact car needless to say that didn't happen. I got stuck with this big ugly Mini Van. It drove good but I didnt want anything big. It is hard to find parks and its a gas guzzler. I used my debit card and was charged 50 dollars for a deposit. I wanted to get another renter and they said I needed to leave a 250 deposit. Well come to find out quote on quote the girl was new and made a mistake. The deposit is too high for debit users in this day in time. I mean at least make it 150 instead of 250.
