I have just recently started using HERTZ for my car rental needs and Andrea Browning has been the reason I leave Enterprise and do business with Hertz. She was amazing and has great customer service. She even helped me with my second rental to learn how to work the automatic start. She is very friendly and welcoming also. If I experienced any problems in the process of booking my rental she helped me quickly and got me on the road quickly.

Pretty bad service at this location. I made a reservation months in advanced to pick up at 4p. Hertz decide the day of to call to inform me that I need to be there before 4 or they will close with a pleasant voicemail. Once I arrived around 3:30p, I was semi-greeted with a what do you want type of greeting. I let them know I reserved a car and was picking up. They took my information in between gossiping about a co-worker and told me to wait. 20+ minutes later they finished cleaning the car and I was able to drive off and enjoy the rest of my day. I guess the two behind the counter were having a bad day but really turns you off to renting at hertz and this is from one of their presidential circle members. I'd hate to see how they treat a customer that doesn't rent cars often?
