Enterprise offers consistent positive and reliable service. I use to shop around.  The last time I tried another company on a discount offer I realized the service could not compare to Enterprise. The peace of mind in knowing there will be no hassle is worth the few dollars I could save with a coupon from a competitor!  Now I don't even bother shopping around - great service and competitive prices makes this an easy decision every time.

Terrible service. I called in a booked a car and a pick up several days in advance. I got a time and confirmation number. When the day came they were 30min late so I called in. I was told that I needed to call another branch to do this because they were .3 miles closer to me. Why was I just now being told this? The other branch thankfully said they can come get me but it will be 3 hours later than originally planned. Making me late for the whole reason I booked a car in the first place.

Awful customer service, not friendly at all especially the "manager". I was lied to stated they didn't have the type of care I needed. I quoted a higher rate than usual for a van stated it would be 190.00 a day. This place just wasn't helpful at all. My family and I decided to leave and drive to the airport since our businesses wasn't needed or wanted at this place. We were treated so much better at the airport, they were very kind and helpful. This place needs to take a few classes on customer service. Me and my family will never go back to the tri-county store again.

I had issue with Cincinnati Ohio Enterprise Rent-A-Car local branch and published my experience on Google reviews. I wish to correct myself with following:
I commend Enterprise Cincinnati District Manager Eric for the way he handled my complaint. He was courteous and friendly as he was not giving up until he resolved situation to my complete satisfaction. His calm, patient manner was a great help when my frustration was at an all-time high. Such professionalism and remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare nowadays. Mr. Eric is an asset employee to Enterprise, exceptional person and the reason I look forward to renting from Enterprise again in the future and for years to come. If the quality of Enterprise Cincinnati District Manager Eric is an indication of future success, then Enterprise has a very bright future.

This was a very professional atmosphere where the workers all worked together and had a good vibe. You could tell that it was a very successful store.
