Would have been a great deal, car was nice, but we got charged for "excessive sand" even after I had vacuumed twice.  I said I'd vacuum yet again but I was basically told that every grain of sand had to be vacuumed or we'd be charged the additional cleaning fee, plus I'd be charged for keeping the car after the scheduled return time.  The Hertz agent would not seem to listen to reason.  We had to replace a fuse before our trip even began as one of the usb ports didn't work.  Though extreme cleanliness seemed to be expected of us, when we picked up the car there was some kind of dried liquid on the inside side doors, and a couple of toys left in the car from previous renters.  And finally, when we picked up the car at the beginning of our trip, the same sales agent wanted to charge us for an extra driver (my husband) even though we had AAA, which gives us another free driver.  We had to pull up that info on the Hertz website and show her, and she finally grudgingly let us have him be a second free driver.  Customer service is definitely lacking at this location.

Good corporation!!
Staff is friendly but only disadvantage is they have only one or two car for available.
So, sometimes we get trouble..
Therefore keep more cars

This location and it's employees are THE WORST. Kendra has no idea what customer service means. Go to the airport and don't waste your time being disappointed here. You have lost a Hertz customer.

My experience with hertz was extremely terrible. I wanted to rent a car for 1day , but due to their store hours I was charged full price for half a day, no discount. And I was not informed that I could drop the car at alternate location until after I returned it.
