Small cars for them are truly bare bones. No extras on it. Truly base model cars.  No electronics on seats etc. The car I was given was over 2 years old, had over 42 thousand miles and lots of dings and wear on the car. Insurance was paying or would have changed to somewhere else. People are nice.

We rented a car here for one day. Getting the car was fine, we had a nice little nissan note, there were no issues with that either. We were told by Chris we could return the car by 6:15pm the next day so we got there at 6:15pm and the doors to the office were locked and no one was inside. We then saw Chris come around the corner from the back and we handed him the keys personally and he said we were all good. I then received my bill via e-mail and I was charged for two days when I only had the car for one. We have called enterprise on multiple occasions to get the extra day taken off the bill but it's been two weeks and it still hasn't come off. What could have been a nice experience turned very sour with a billing issue that should be very simple to resolve.

Fairfield, OH location always have very professional staff, and good inventory. If the requested size vehicle isn't available they always upgrade for free. The car could have been a little cleaner b/c it was given to us right when it was returned. Other than that I will rent again from them.

I really really loved this place. The guy that helped us was great! I was in my car within 15 mins dropping off was just as fast. I'll never go to another location!
