PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE return too this location, it is under new management/ownership. The young man name is Kwama, he's very professional and unlike the last owner. My family and I rented a F150 June 8 2017, EVERYTHING went perfect!!! However I do understand the negative reviews, the previous owner was HORRIBLE and I also started to use the West Chester location.

The place decided to close early, before my reservation, leaving me without a rental car when needed. The only thing customer service could do was have me drive to another location (45 minutes away) at the original rate.

Rented a Ford Fusion from them.  Everyone there was polite the car was awesome.  I will definitely rent from here again.

Rented a luxury car, got there and all they had was economy junk. They offered no apologies whatsoever. Over the hour I was stuck in the dirty, small office, actually had three rentals drawn up in my name and none worked out. Eventually had to switch to budget and lost my Avis preferred points on the weeks rental.  What other business can you promise the customer a product and take their money then, when they arrive, force them into something FAR LESS than you promised ? This place sucks. If this is how they treat their "Preferred Plus" members, I'm done with Avis. Don't use this location !!!

Will never rent here again, prepaid and ended up getting tricked into getting extra insurance because when asked if we wanted minimum or full coverage insurance I said minimum because I assumed that's what I already paid for. Make sure you read the contract because they're crafty ass hats that will weasel your money out of you. We waited 45 minutes to even be waited on so by the time it got to us we were running late and were ready to get out of that nasty, run down place. Avis, you suck.
