I just got off the phone with a man, stating he is the owner of this location. I called because I felt as though I was inappropriately charged additional driver fees. He was the same person I worked with when I rented my truck (my receipt says his employee name is GOODLR), but I didn't feel that he communicated clearly. I understand that I should have, as a consumer, asked more questions at the time, but that is not why I am writing today. When I called about the extra fees, he quickly replied "I don't have time to argue." He would ask me a question, I'd start to respond and he'd cut me off and speak over me, at that point I became completely frustrated and had to raise my voice to stop him from interrupting me. I asked to speak to a district manager and at that point he said he would relay this information to his TPA and I'll be receiving a call. I was happy to leave it at that despite this enduring telephone conversation. Little did I know, he was not done dealing with me, and he really tipped me over the edge when he continued with, "now when she calls you, you're going to tell her the truth, right?" That's when I had enough. 
I absolutely will never support this establishment again. As a working professional, I have never experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism in my life. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. The owner is completely lacking any type of professional demeanor, lacks communication skills, and will pretty much call you a liar. 
I just feel as though if you're the professional, representing a large corporation, it is your duty, WHAT YOU GET PAID TO DO, to provide all the information necessary to ensure your consumers have confidence and understanding when making a purchase. IF there are ANY signs of misunderstanding, it's the professional's job to HELP. I got charged additional driver fees when I specifically stated this person is going to be the SINGLE driver, not an ADDITIONAL driver. I believe GOODLR should have taken the information I provided and on his own strategized with me to ensure I didn't get that charge and to keep a happy consumer. I didn't want to pay for an additional driver. There was never going to be 2 drivers.

Just got off the phone with this location and spoke with an extremely rude female... I asked about the holding fee against a card. She rudely said how it was 200 & when I said thank you have a great day she didn't even say you're welcome or anything.. if that's any reflection of the customer service in person then stay away.. you have no idea if I'm a secret shopper. The only reason I gave two stars is bc the prices seem fair but that's about it.. I called hertz prior to this phone call and they have terrible ratings but I had an excellent phone call with Kevin.

I booked online, but called and spoke with Linda to clarify a question asked online. She was very pleasant and helpful. The car we rented was new with less than 3000 miles. If we rent again, I will contact this location first.

This place is great! Always get what I need (or better) on time even on Sunday.

I like renting from this location because of the manager.  She is very helpful and veey friendly which is lacking in most places anymore.   The cars are clean and no hassle.
