Not a good experience. To start, the woman who wears the thing on her head, had an attitude as if she didn't want to be there that day. She had a bunch of smart remarks. Even towards her coworker who was sitting there. Very unprofessional. And then after stating that beggars can't be choosers, she gave me a POS  2016 camry that had bald tires, stunk inside and  wouldn't start at 3 am when it was time for me to go. I had to drive the thing anyway after jump starting it. Surprisingly it got me to the hertz at the Chicago Airport where they swiftly swapped the car for something in better condition and a hit cleaner. When I called to notify them of why there was a different car in their lot on return, they acted as if they didn't care at all. More attitude. I will NEVER rent from this raggedy location ever again! Save yourself the trouble and go to enterprise or budget...! Spend the extra cash. You will NOT regret it! Do NOT go here or you'll be disappointed.

This place is horrible!! I went to turn my car in they said I Orlando $189 because I had purchased their insurance. I did not purchase their insurance I have my own car insurance that would of covered me. The women called the hertz I picked up from she put me on the phone with her crazy lady just sat there and yelled at me telling me I did purchase it and she told me I would owe this amount at drop off!!!  Absolutely ridiculous!! I would of never agreed to that!! The woman supposedly sent a request up to the manager he never returned me phone calls and nothing was ever done with this charge! DONT GO HERE!!! HORRIBLE!!

Very pleased we recently rented a car for a weekend. The car was clean and in very good shape. We was in and out when picking the car up and dropping it off. Will be using Hertz again.

Not a good place to go at all. Our car was hit by another vehicle while on a trip. We had to file a claim through our insurance company when we were not at fault. I guess that is some corporate bullshit to get you to buy insurance that 9 times out of 10 you're not going to need. Not only does the interior of the office look like it hasn't been occupied in months and was ragtag put together by the company or the fact there there are multiple ceiling tiles that are dropping out of the ceiling or that the lights look circa 1986. This is the sorriest excuse of a rental company and office building. After having worked with an actual professional rental office suite, this office is not even close to the corporate and company standards that I know Hertz stands by. Let me tell you now, DO NOT COME HERE. 

Not to mention I just went to stand up and the chair arm broke off? Everything in here looks like it was picked up from Goodwill. What the hell Hertz?
